Freight:
All goods are shipped F.O.B. factory.  Deliveries are made via UPS or Fed Ex ground service, unless otherwise specified by customer.  Customer must make any claims for damage in transit or missing boxes directly with the Transport Company.  Claims for packaging and/or ordering errors should be made directly to Camden within ten days of receipt of merchandise.

Warranty:
Camden warrantees their product for manufacturing defects. The length of warranty is 3 years, from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated. Camden Series CV-630 piezo keypads and Series CM-9000 piezo push buttons  carry a lifetime warranty. Camden CX Series electric strikes and CX-90 magnetic locks carry a 5 year warranty. This warranty applies to products that have failed in the course of normal use, and not the result of improper installation or vandalism.  Upon inspection, Camden will repair/replace returned goods, or issue credit.  Returns must be shipped freight prepaid, and will be returned freight prepaid.  Please note any shipment sent to Camden freight collect, will be refused.  All returns must be accompanied by a returned goods authorization (RGA).  Contact Camden for details.

Prices:
All prices shown in Canadian or US dollars and are subject to change withoun notice.

Payment Terms: Net 30 days unlesss otherwise stated.

Minimum Order:
The minimum order is $100.00.  Orders under $100.00 are subject to a $25.00 handling fee.

Return Policy:
Returns will not be accepted unless accompanied by a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number.  Contact factory for details.
